Our Shipping & Returns policy is designed to be transparent, supportive and easy to navigate, so you can feel confident when ordering with us.

Whether you’re awaiting a pram, nursery piece or accessories, our team is here to ensure everything arrives safely and any returns are handled with care.

Shipping

In-stock items
Orders for in-stock products are dispatched within five (5) business days.


Pre-order items
Orders containing pre-order products will ship once those items become available. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

  • Ship in-stock items immediately and follow up with pre-orders separately, or
  • Ship everything together once all items are in stock.
  • We’ll notify you of the expected delivery dates and options for each order.


Temporary pram solution
In select cases, we may offer a temporary pram while you wait for your full order—at no extra cost—so your family can enjoy a solution immediately.

Delivery estimates
Expect delivery within 5–10 business days to metropolitan areas. Any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a contractual commitment.

Tracking your order
Once your parcel has been collected by our courier partner, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to activate.

Delivery attempts
Bambini covers only one delivery attempt per order. If re-delivery is needed due to an unattended address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Out-of-stock or pre-orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once fully available. Where possible, we’ll notify you of estimated delivery dates. In some cases, we may provide a temporary pram while you wait for stock to arrive—at no extra cost.

Returns - Prams & Strollers

Eligibility window
You have six (6) months from delivery to request a return authorisation.

What you can do
Assemble your pram and test it indoors only—do not use it outdoors. If wheel scuffs or wear are detected, return eligibility may be voided.

Return process

  • Email sales@bambiniworld.com to request authorisation.
  • Keep all original internal packaging (including plastic wrap)—a repacking fee of $30 may apply without it.
  • We arrange a trusted courier to collect the pram from your home—return shipping is on us.
  • Upon receipt and inspection at our Sydney warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days, and notify you by email.

One change-of-mind return per customer
In line with our premium service, we offer a single change-of-mind return per customer.

If returned with visible wear or damage
You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any reshipment costs.

Exclusions
Run-out/outlet models and accessories purchased separately are not eligible for the 6-month trial.

Car seats and capsules are excluded, as returns are managed directly by the manufacturer.

  • Repackage the item in its original, unopened condition.
  • Arrange and pay for return shipping—original delivery fees are non-refundable and clearance/outlet items are excluded.

If item is not in resalable condition return eligibility may be voided or limited.
