Please note, where shipping costs are charged on our website, the amount paid by you is a contribution towards shipping only. Charged rates are not representative of the actual costs incurred by Bambini Prams in shipping products. Where shipping is calculated into refunds or processed orders, Bambini Prams reserve the right to charge at our actual cost rate, rather than the contribution cost rate.

Shipping Costs
For an order of one (1) pram, the following delivery charges apply:

Delivering In-stock Items
Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received, we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within five (5) business days. Products will generally arrive within five to ten (5 - 10) business days to metropolitan regions. If all Products in an order are in-stock, Bambini Prams will not delay dispatch to a later date. The order will be dispatched within (5) business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification email. This email will contain your tracking number to enable you to track the progress of your order on the Direct Freight website.
However, please be aware that it often takes up to 12 hours for a tracking number to be searchable in the system. If you are not at the delivery address when delivery is attempted, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your order will be held at your local freight depot to collect or to rearrange delivery.
Please note that currently you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you in advance of the delivery being attempted.
Delivering Pre-order Items
We offer a pre-order service for items that are due to launch shortly. This allows you to secure a new product and received delivery as soon as possible.
When you order a pre-order item, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date so you know when to expect your product. Should you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your complete order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

When You Receive Your Items
Once you have received your order, please check all items have arrived in working order. Should you have any concerns please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Outside of this period, Bambini Prams is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
Returns
A pram is an investment in your families lifestyle, we know it's important to get it right. Although we do not accept returns due to change of mind, we do understand change of circumstances or if the product ends up being unsuitable for you.
In this case, we allow returns within 30 days of your dispatch date. The product must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging (without signs of use or any wear and tear) in order for you to be eligible for a refund.
You will be refunded the price you paid for your product, less the shipping cost. To begin the process, please email us at sales@bambiniprams.com.au
