Every Bambini product is backed by a Manufacturer's Warranty against manufacturing defects and is designed to provide years of reliable use. Eligible Bambini products can also receive an extended warranty when registered within the required registration period.

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect, simply submit a Warranty Enquiry. Our Service Team will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

The Bambini Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or incorrect assembly.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to the Bambini Warranty.

Bambini Prams and Strollers

Standard: 2 years + extended to 4 years when the product is registered with us within 3 months of delivery.

Bambini Nursery Collections

Standard: 1 year

Bambini Pram Accessories and Spares

Standard: 1 Year

Bambini Baby Textiles

Standard: 1 year

Legacy, Clearance or Ex-Demo Products

Standard: 1 year

Cars Seats and Car Capsules

Covered by the original manufacturer

Our team aims to respond to new warranty enquiries within 2–3 business days.
