Warranty Periods

Prams & Strollers:

  • The GENEVA Pram has a standard warranty of 24 months.
  • The MILAN² Pram has a standard warranty of 24 months.
  • The LISBON² Pram has a standard warranty of 24 months.
  • The LYON Stroller has a standard warranty of 24 months.
  • The PARIS Stroller has a standard warranty of 24 months.
  • Any accessories has a standard warranty of 12 months

Enjoy 36 months extended warranty when you Register your Pram or Stroller. Excludes car seats, car capsules or any accessories included in any bundles.

Nursery Furniture:

  • The AYVEN Cot has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The SHILOH Cot has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The SHILOH Dresser has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The CHARLEY Cot has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The CHARLEY Dresser has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The ADAIR Cot has a standard warranty of 36 months.
  • The ADAIR Dresser has a standard warranty of 36 months.

Car Seats and Car Capsules:
As Bambini is not the manufacturer of the car seats and car capsules we sell, these items are covered by the warranty provided by the original manufacturer. Should you need assistance, our team will gladly connect you with the manufacturer to ensure your claim is handled smoothly.

What's Covered

Your warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Frame or chassis faults
  • Faulty braking or suspension mechanisms
  • Issues with locking or folding systems
  • Manufacturing defects in fabrics or components

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use or failure to follow the provided instructions
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or fading
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Accidental damage, neglect, or abuse
  • Use with incompatible accessories
  • Products purchased second hand or from an unauthorised distributor
  • Faulty or incorrect assembly of the products by the customer
  • Any modification or alteration not conducted or authorised by Bambini Prams
  • Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the fit, weight, functionality, colour or style (outside of the trial period)
  • If the serial number has been damaged or removed; where the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the Bambini Prams instructions
  • Where the Product(s) have been loaned or hired to friends, or for commercial purposes
  • Where the Product(s) have been purchased by a Customer from outside of Australia

Normal wear and tear includes the following:

  • Fading or discolouration of fabrics and materials due to cleaning and/or excessive sun exposure
  • Stains, discolouration or damage to leatherette, caused by the use of cleaning or sanitiser products containing alcohol
  • Corrosion, rust or damage to the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high heat/humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance (prams)
  • Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of normal handling and daily use (prams)
  • Airline/transport damage: check your pram carefully after it has been handled by an airline or other transport service, and if required, submit your claim directly to your travel insurer/ airline

  2. Provide proof of purchase and product details.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

For customers in Australia: your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this warranty. If your product fails to meet consumer guarantees—such as being safe, durable, or performing as described—you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
