At Bambini, we know that peace of mind matters just as much as beautiful design. That’s why we’ve created separate returns policies for our prams and nursery furniture.
If your product has arrived faulty or damaged, or you have a warranty issue please head straight to our Service Request Form and our team will take care of you.
PRAM RETURNS
6-MONTH AT-HOME TRIAL
At Bambini, we know that choosing the right pram is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as new parents.
That’s why we offer a generous 6-month at-home trial—giving you the time and freedom to experience your pram at your own pace, within your lifestyle.
And if your Bambini Pram turns out not to be “the one,” returning it is just as effortless.
5-Step Return Process
1. Get in Touch
Email our team at sales@bambiniworld.com within your 6-month window to request a return authorisation.
2. Repack with Care
Repackage your pram using all original protective materials and internal packaging, including plastic wrapping and inserts.
Tip: open your pram carefully on arrival so you can reuse the packaging later. Do not remove any of the protective plastic wrap from the frame.
A repacking fee of $30 may apply if the pram is not returned as per our instructions. If any items are missing from the pram, a fee totalling the cost of the missing item will apply.
3. We Arrange the Courier
Once authorised, we’ll organise a trusted courier to collect your pram directly from your home. For this At-home trial, Bambini covers this cost.
4. Collection & Safe Return
Your pram is delivered to our Sydney warehouse, where our team will carefully inspect it.
5. Refund Issued
Once verified, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
We’ll confirm by email with you once it’s been processed.
Eligibility & Conditions
You have up to 6 months from the date your pram is delivered to initiate a return.
Your pram must be returned in resalable condition, free from visible wear, marks, or damage and with original packaging.
You’re welcome to assemble your pram and gently stroll it indoors. Please note that outdoor use may cause wheel wear, which will void eligibility.
This policy does not apply to:
- Runout or outlet models.
- Accessories or spare parts purchased separately.
- Exchanges for different colours, models, or to accommodate price changes.
- Multiple change-of-mind returns—this offer is limited to one per customer, reflecting the premium nature of our shipping and handling.
In the Rare Case of Damage or Wear
If your pram shows visible use or cannot be returned in resalable condition:
- A refund cannot be issued.
- Return shipping and reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
Additional Information
Runout and Outlet Models:
These models are not eligible for the at-home trial.
Accessories & Spare Parts:
If purchased individually, these items are not eligible for this at-home trial. If included as part of a pram/stroller package, they must be returned in original condition with the
pram/stroller.
Car Seats & Car Capsules:
As we are not the manufacturer, these products are not eligible for returns with Bambini, but you may contact the car seat/capsule manufacturer directly for more information.
Exclusions:
Returns with the at-home trial cannot be made for change of colour or to take advantage of pricing adjustments.

At Bambini, we want your nursery pieces to feel perfectly at home. If you change your mind, our returns process is clear, simple, and supportive.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Clearance or runout items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Mattresses
- Mattress protectors
- Quilt sets or nursery bedding
Return shipping is your responsibility, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
