Provided your product is in stock, orders are dispatched from our global warehouses within 5 business days. As soon as your order has been picked up by our delivery partner we will email you tracking details. Please be aware that it can take up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update in our couriers system.

At Bambini, we know that peace of mind matters just as much as beautiful design.

We offer free returns on prams for up to 6 months, as long as the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply click the button below to complete a form, and our customer support team will reach out to assist you promptly.

If purchased individually, these items are not eligible for this at-home trial. If included as part of a pram/stroller package, they must be returned in original condition with the pram/stroller.

Car Seats & Car Capsules:
As we are not the manufacturer, these products are not eligible for returns with Bambini, but you may contact the car seat/capsule manufacturer directly for more information.

Exclusions:
Returns with the at-home trial cannot be made for change of colour, model, to take advantage of pricing adjustments. Should a discussion about any of these be logged the order is not applicable for an at-home trial return. This policy is also not applicable to a pram when other desired items are cancelled or not delivered in the customers required timeframe.
