As soon as your order has been picked up by our delivery partner we will email you tracking details. Returns with the at-home trial cannot be made for change of colour, model, to take advantage of pricing adjustments. Should a discussion about any of these be logged the order is not applicable for an at-home trial return. This policy is also not applicable to a pram when other desired items are cancelled or not delivered in the customers required timeframe.
