We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive your order during normal business hours.

Your order will be dispatched with one of our trusted delivery partners.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your order contains pre-order or back-order products, we'll generally dispatch the order once all items become available unless otherwise agreed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Your tracking email will include a link so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note: Tracking information may not appear immediately. It will become active once your parcel has been scanned by the delivery partner.
Once your order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address, delivery is considered complete.
Many deliveries are completed using Authority to Leave (ATL), where the delivery partner considers it safe and appropriate to do so.
Please monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required.
If you aren't home to receive your order
If you are not home, our delivery partner will leave your order in a secure location at your delivery address, if they deem it safe to do so.
Alternatively our dispatch partner will either leave a card or contact you by phone/email with instructions on how to collect your order from your nearest Post Office or depot.
Important! The cartons containing your order may be heavy and bulky! If collecting from a Post Office or depot, please ensure that you or the person collecting on your behalf is fit and able to carry the products safely.
If your order contains multiple items
Your order may be packed in multiple boxes. Sometimes orders are separated and arrive within a few days of each other. You can track these items on our shipping partners tracking website. If you're unsure of the status of your order please contact us.
If your order is delayed in transit
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, severe weather, public holidays and other factors outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5–7 business days, we recommend first contacting the delivery partner using the contact details provided in your tracking information, as they can often provide the quickest update.
